MY ZONE UDA is the Urban Development Authority's official digital platform for accessing zoning and development planning information through an interactive web map. The platform enables users to explore official zoning classifications, permitted land uses, development regulations, building height restrictions, and other planning information applicable to their land.

Designed for citizens, investors, property developers, professionals, government institutions, and other stakeholders, MY ZONE UDA provides reliable and convenient access to official planning information, supporting informed decisions for land development, investment, and sustainable urban development.

The platform currently covers gazetted development plan areas within the Colombo and Gampaha Districts. The Urban Development Authority is continuously expanding the platform alongside the preparation and implementation of new development plans, with the objective of providing comprehensive zoning information for all areas under the jurisdiction of the Urban Development Authority.
